Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Technicians to perform minor cart repairs at a local warehouse. This role involves hands-on mechanical work, following safety protocols, and meeting daily performance goals to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Perform minor repairs on warehouse carts (e.g., replacing panels, tightening bolts, adjusting brakes).
Work efficiently to complete an average of 80–100 cart repairs per shift after training.
Follow all safety standards and company procedures.
Report progress and any issues to the Lead Technician.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic mechanical skills and comfort using hand tools.
Dependable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Completion of a paid one-day training session.
Compensation:
Paid per cart repaired (average $200–$240 per shift, based on output).
