| Job Description | The Quality/Shipping Administrator is responsible for supporting the facility’s operational efficiency through quality assurance, shipping logistics, and inventory control. This role ensures accurate and timely handling of materials and products, while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and organization within the warehouse. The Quality/Shipping Administrator also ensures compliance with inventory protocols and shipping documentation for all inbound and outbound materials, including raw materials, finished goods, and packaging. |
| Job Requirements | Required Skills/Abilities: • Ability to understand and conduct assigned job functions with accuracy and attention to detail. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook). • General computer proficiency and comfort working with inventory and shipping software. Required Education and Experience: • Be able to obtain forklift certification. • High School Diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements: • Occasional periods of standing, walking, and using hands. • Occasional periods of climbing, balance, stooping, kneeling, or crawling. • Must be able to lift and/or move 50 lbs. |
