| Job Description | A strong emphasis on providing an exceptional customer service experience for our guests. The ability to Present, Promote, and Sell car wash memberships Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. The ability to help train and develop new employees. The ability to motivate and coach the team as needed. The ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask. The ability to work well in a team environment and individually. Learn to guide cars safely into the car wash tunnel, learn the operations of the tunnel and continue to practice tunnel safety. Strong emphasis on growing sales volume and site profitability, as well as driving business results. Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash facility. Ensure all safety procedures are being followed for guests and staff. Continue to learn and maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance teams to resolve any issues. Knowledge of all chemicals and the ability to make chemical transfers safely. Demonstrate a high level of guest satisfaction by learning to handle any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner. Strong emphasis on sales, customer satisfaction and membership retention. Basic computer skills. Any duties assigned by leadership. Pay starting at $20 - $23 per hour + Commission and other incentives through membership sales. 401k. Medical, Dental and Vision.
