Job Description:
Low Voltage Lighting Installer (Full-Time – Entry Level)
Aluminight Custom Outdoor Lighting is a growing company that designs and installs high-end, low voltage outdoor lighting systems. We’re hiring a Low Voltage Lighting Installer to join our team and train for a rewarding trade in a hands-on, outdoor environment.
No experience required – we’ll train you!
Work outdoors and stay active
Flexible hours – weekday and weekend shifts available
Room for growth in a skilled trade
Install low voltage lighting systems on residential properties
Lay out and run wiring, make waterproof electrical connections
Install fixtures and bury cables neatly and safely
Maintain a clean and professional job site
Work directly with and report to the company owner
Full-time position
Work depends on weather (we install when it’s not raining hard)
Longer shifts and weekend availability are optional based on workload

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Basic hand and power tool knowledge
Reliable transportation to work
Willingness to work outdoors and be part of a team
Understanding of low voltage electrical systems
Previous experience in electrical, landscaping, or construction work
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Able to kneel, crawl, bend, and climb ladders
Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
Driver's License (Required)

Lifting Requirements - 50+ lbs (unassisted): Yes
