This role is pivotal in managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations within our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Lead the recruitment process, including interviewing candidates for sales and support roles
Coordinate and enhance employee onboarding programs
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
Collaborate with department managers to address performance, retention, and training needs
Maintain accurate HR records, including new hires and terminations
Foster a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement initiatives​
Associate (Required)
