    Schedule service calls and installation appointments efficiently
    Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, updates, and follow-ups
    Coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs are staffed appropriately
    Order materials and ensure all items are ready ahead of scheduled installations
    Occasionally pick up materials and deliver them to job sites or technicians
    Drop off parts to technicians in the field as needed
    Maintain accurate job records and scheduling logs
    Provide top-notch customer service and support
    Drive company vehicle as needed (must maintain a clean driving record)
    8 hour shift
    Day shift
    Monday to Friday
    No weekends
