Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate assistant teachers to join our team. As a assistant teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with children of various ages in different educational settings. This is a flexible position that allows you to gain valuable experience in the field of education.
Pre-Kindergarten

Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher
- Maintain a positive and safe learning environment for students
- Implement effective behavior management strategies
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Provide support and assistance to students with special needs
- Engage students in interactive and hands-on learning activities
- Foster a love for learning and encourage student participation
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure continuity in student learning

Job Requirements:
Previous experience working with children, such as in daycare or preschool settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Understanding of special education strategies and accommodations
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment
30 hours per week
