Job Description:
Part Time Maintenance Technician needed for Senior Apartment Building. Duties include, but not limited to, cleaning common areas, painting, basic maintenance, assist maintenance manager when needed with projects. 

Job Requirements:
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.  Painting experience a plus. Basic home maintenance knowledge preferred.
