The Grundy Eunoia Wellness Center is accepting applications for a Part Time Office Secretary/Administrative Assistant position. This individual should have a true interest in the operation of a wellness center and willing to become involved in procedures, etc. that make for an efficient office with a professional atmosphere. Responsibilities include performing general office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments and preparing records for clients. In addition, this individual will be responsible for accurately entering various data elements, assembling and updating hard copies, uploading material into appropriate software/platforms, assist in preparing for meetings and activities as well as additional duties as assigned.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite, with particular skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Skills in computers, typewriting, business practices, business English, filing and spelling
· Trustworthy and capable of maintaining confidential information in a professional manner
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
