Job Description:
The Cook prepares and serves quality ,nourishing  and properly prepared food. Able to follow recipes and menus.  Follow time schedules for food production/preparation and serving of the meals. Maintain a work area clean,orderly and insure that all food is stored to proper sanitation regulations

Job Requirements:
Experience cooking in large food quantity preparation.  Ability to supervise and work with others. Knowledge of sanitation codes pertaining to  preparing, handling and storing of food. Able to operate kitchen equipment
