Job Description A member of the health care team who plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of speech therapy.
Job Requirements Professional/Educational
Graduate of an accredited program in speech and language pathology.
Current IL State Speech Pathologist licensure and membership with ASHA; or Speech Pathologist licensure and CFY. When CCC (certificate of clinic competence) is obtained, ASHA membership is required.
Basic computer knowledge.
Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
