Our Customer Service Associate’s role is to provide clients with excellent customer service while adhering to banking regulations.
Customer Service Associate Duties & Responsibilities
Communicating with clients either in person or over the phone
Reviewing client accounts and transactions
Maintain and provide privacy and security with client accounts
Troubleshooting with client on electronic banking products we offer which includes: internet banking, mobile banking, bill pay, debit card assistance and etc.
Scan work for image branch capture
Record keeping
Prevention of fraud

Ability to multi-task and work with multiple requests on a daily basis is necessary
Understand basic math computations for balancing
Effective business telephone etiquette (promptness, professionalism, politeness, proactive and personable)
