Winvian Farm, our beautiful Five-Diamond luxury resort located in Morris CT, is seeking a full-time Guest Assistant. Our 18 unique cottages on property serve a wide variety of clients offering individualized room packages. Winvian Farm is a luxury resort experience like no other. We are a Relais & Chateaux small luxury hotel located in the Litchfield Hills, about 100 miles northeast of New York City. Our staff is dedicated to exceptional guest service above all else.

Job description

Position Summary: Join our team as a Guest Assistant and help provide our guests with extraordinary service through taking hotel reservations, checking guests in and out in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, or organizing guest excursions and/or activities on and off site. Living accommodation may be available if needed.


Job Requirements:

This position requires a flexible schedule, working rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

1-2 years of hospitality experience is preferred.

MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UNTED STATES
