Job Overview:
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Starbucks. As a Starbucks team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a renowned coffeehouse chain and contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking supplies
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy
- Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
- Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines in food handling and preparation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation


Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or the food industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
