The Host person greets guests upon arrival and departure in a manner such that they feel welcome and want to return. Additionally, they coordinate retail and lounge activities while maintaining the overall sophisticated atmosphere of Blue Label.
Warmly greets Guests upon arrival and exit, accommodating any special needs. Handle incoming calls courteously and efficiently, following established guidelines.
Keep a good working knowledge of the lounge, e.g., hours, general directions, beverage menu, general lounge information (credit cards accepted, check policies, membership programs, etc.
Upholds safety and security standards at all times.
Assist with social media from time to time as needed.
Assists in the ongoing cleanliness and maintenance of all areas.
Responsible for maintenance of point of sale merchandise, promotional materials, and other areas in the lounge.
Completes assigned weekly cleaning projects, and other job duties as assigned.
Maintains a professional image, including cleanliness, proper attire, and appearance standards.
Performs other functions including, but not limited to, preparing coffee, emptying ashtrays, vacuuming seating areas, inspecting and freshening restrooms, patio and building exterior, etc.
Be experienced or interested in an above and be able to learn basic knowledge of premium cigars offerings.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be a minimum of 21 years of age (state law for indoor smoking), have a High School Diploma or GED, and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The above requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required for the position. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers both on the phone and in person. Must be able to work in an enclosed cigar-smoking environment. Must maintain professionalism in stressful situations. Must be able to utilize basic computer skills for data entry. Must be able to read and interpret basic documents.
