We have over 60 Registered Dietitians and NDTRs in more than 200 long-term care facilities and behavioral hospitals throughout the Chicagoland area, Wisconsin, Michigan and Northwest Indiana.

The Consultant NDTR or CDM is responsible for managing the nutrition care of low-risk individuals, including contributing to nutrition assessment, intervention and monitoring, MDS, CAA, and nutrition education, under supervision of RD. We have full-time or part-time opportunities available with the possibility of a hybrid schedule. Our Consultants are Independent Contractors which means this is a 1099 position.
