Job Requirements:
The desired candidate should possess the following:
•	be a good organizational fit and should both believe in and embody our team values and principles
•	be committed to the team, should be on time and should set a good example for players
•	be prepared for training sessions and for team games, utilizing their experience to develop appropriate and beneficial training sessions for your players.
•	be able to successfully develop the skill level of your players
•	get your players responding positively
•	be able to receive good feedback from players, club members and any supporters of the club
•	be able to handle any  challenging behavior or personal circumstances within the team

The Illinois Grizzlies Football Organization currently are seeking Coaches for the upcoming 2024 football season. All those who are interested  should apply. We are a new Minor League Football team based in Joliet Illinois.
