    This is a “hands-on”, lead position. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and packing outbound finished goods, and moving goods throughout the warehouse.



    For a successfully performing candidate, opportunities for advancement would eventually include transition to Warehouse Lead duties such as training other warehouse staff, assigning work to Part-Time Warehouse Associates, and identifying ways to improve the operational efficiency of the warehouse
    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week

    Requirements

    At least 18 years old
    2 years warehouse experience including order fulfilment and material handling duties
    Ability and experience driving a forklift
    High School diploma required or GED
    1+ years experience directly managing/leading employees
    Excellent attendance record
    Ability to solve problems in the moment
    Experience working in fast moving environments with changing priorities
    Must be very organized
    Have some proficiency with software tools such as MS Office, shipping platforms, and inventory management systems
    Comfortable working in warm, cool, and/or dry environments
    Able to lift 50 lbs
    Sufficient hearing and vision necessary to operate powered equipment safely
    Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
    Manage and administer periodic cycle counts and physical inventories- maintain records
