    POSITION DETAILS:

    Monday - Friday

    6AM - 2:30PM

    Hourly Rate: 17.50


    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Maintains premises, restrooms, and working areas of the offices within the petroleum refinery and follows all safety protocols to ensure all office buildings are in a clean and orderly condition 
    DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:

    The following reflects managements definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.

    Responsible for floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office areas and non-production employee lounge.
    Dusting and disinfect equipment, furniture, and/or fixtures, etc...
    Responsible for removing trash in office areas and non-production employee lounge.
    Clean and sanitize restrooms daily
    Cleaning of windows in conference rooms and management offices, etc...
    Stoking of supplies throughout the office.
    Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

    Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential Functions
    Valid Drivers License
    Completion of a background check
    Basic knowledge of cleaning products, including chemicals, supplies and methods used in office cleaning
    Commitment to excellence and high standards
    Ability to manage priorities and workflow
    Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
    Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
    Good interpersonal skills
    Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
    Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
    Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions
    Ability to perform the physical labor necessary
