- Assist customers in finding and selecting products based on their preferences and needs
- Provide personalized shopping experiences to enhance customer satisfaction
- Utilize knowledge of wireless sales, POS systems, and technology sales to assist customers
- Offer product recommendations and provide information on features, benefits, and pricing
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment

Job Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology sales
