Description:
Tank Washers are responsible for conducting safety inspections and basic maintenance to ensure trailers operate safely on interstate roads. Your primary responsibility is to consistently follow the Conversion Tank Wash procedures to wash tanks, resulting in tanks that are certified clean, dry, and odor-free. Onsite training is provided.

Essential Job Functions:
Tank Wash Trailer Technicians are responsible for ensuring that tanks are washed in a consistent manner as outlined in the QWI-123 Conversion Tank Wash procedures. The result should be certified as C.D.O.F clean, dry, and odor free.
Following QWI-123 of procedures and any other as assigned by current Manager.
Perform safety inspections of trailer lighting components, brakes, filters, and suspension.
Perform light maintenance on trailer as needed.
Perform Maintenance PM on tank wash equipment, (pumps, dryers, blowers, hoses, wands, spinners, screens, etc.).
Support Quantix, Inc.’s Responsible Care Mission Statement.
Set an excellent example for other personnel through safe and clean work practices.
Climb safety on the top of trailers
