    Duties:

    Must have knowledge of HVAC, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL ETC AND HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A BUILDING ENGINEER WITH SCHOOL BACKGROUND.

    Must have knowledge and knowhow of the points below and must be able to do work.

    - Perform custodial duties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas
    - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
    - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
    - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
    - Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
    - Clean glass surfaces and mirrors
    - Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
    - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
    - Follow established safety procedures and protocols
