Job Requirements | Qualifications and Skills Work Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience as a customer service representative Other Expectations/Skills: Positive, friendly, and good-humored personality. Mature, wise, poised, and polished professional with excellent communication skills. Fast, efficient, and proficient work. Welcoming, understanding, and informative-in person, via phone, and via email. Excellent sales skills and the ability to measure and monitor targets. Outstanding time management and prioritization skills. Superior skills in Excel, Word & Google Drive. Excellent verbal, written, and editing skills. Residence in Greater Grundy and Will County is a must. Work Schedule: Customer Care Rockstar is a part-time hourly position scheduled for 6-20 hours per week. (Possible weekends. No Holidays.) |
