    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    - *Warehouse Layout Planning:* Strategically plan the layout of the warehouse and storage areas, taking into account factors such as item turnover, size, weight, and related considerations.

    - *Financial Management:* Oversee financial reporting and management for the warehouse, ensuring budgets are met and expenses controlled.

    - *Production Planning:* Design, create, and execute production plans for the entire warehouse, optimizing productivity.

    - *Employee Guidance:* Advise employees on proper handling, storage, maintenance, and shipping of items, as well as equipment use. Address any related issues.

    - *Inventory Management:* Review records for accuracy, adequacy of stock levels, and identify non-usable, slow-moving, and excess stock. Schedule special inventories as needed.

    - *Discrepancy Resolution:* Investigate discrepancies between inventory and stock control records, tracing item history and recommending corrective actions.

    - *Workflow Optimization:* Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow. Assign duties and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

    - *Team Management:* Maintain a harmonious working environment among staff, resolve grievances, and adjust errors and complaints as necessary

    Minimum Requirements:

    Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 3-5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
