Job Description:
Shift and schedule
Weekends as needed
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Holidays
ob Duties:

Manage all incoming phone calls
Head appropriate response time/ Room turnover time
Assign all check out cleaning rooms evenly and fairly between team members
Good communication skills
Works under stressful conditions, acts appropriately using good judgement
Sense of urgency needed
Able to handle multiple tasks, to receive and communicate information to and from several sources insuring calls for service area are dispatched and monitored in a timely manner
Multitask is a must
Follow up required on all duties assigned
Cover open positions as needed
Maintain professional relationships
