2nd shift, Monday to Friday 2 PM-10:30 PM - 11/06/2023.
The warehouse is in Channahon, IL 60410 (3 min from Expy 55)
Ability to learn to use a radio frequency (RF) or barcode computer scanner.
Warehouse and forklift operator experience within the last 6 months (Cherry Picker, Lift truck, Reach truck)
Can lift as much as 50 lbs.
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (standing and/or walking)
Great team spirit
Good physical strength and fitness
Excellent attention to detail
Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to speak and understand basic English.
Must meet company standards (Drug tests, criminal background)
Safety steel-toe shoes are required (not provided).
Must meet company productivity within a given period.
Must be able to work OT on demand.
Legal authorization to work in Illinois, USA
OT paid after 40 hours

1. Summary of Functions Performs manual functions within a warehouse fulfillment work environment.
Essential Functions
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Loading and unloading delivery trucks and storing items in their designated location, operating forklifts (according to safety requirements and operating procedures) and pallets to transport goods to designated areas in the warehouse.
This may include the functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc.
Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.

Demonstrates an understanding of quality policy. Adheres to the program and always maintains a clean environment. Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to and enforcing safe work practices and following safety practices. Demonstrates a positive attitude and teamwork in meeting goals and objectives. Demonstrates commitment to process excellence by ensuring proper, efficient, and accurate use of the process and electronic picking equipment. Communicates well with leadership and team members.
3. Physical Requirements Ability to work continuously in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Frequent: bending, stooping, crouching, lifting, walking, standing, climbing, pushing/pulling. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
4. Education and/or Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One year of experience in warehouse general labor operations is preferred. experience in operating forklifts is required.
