Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborates with all departments with internal marketing strategies and monthly press releases to the public.
Oversees content strategy and maintenance for the library's website and social media accounts.
Prepares and maintains departmental records, statistics, and reports: preparing a monthly report.
Cooperates as a team member in performing duties essential to the achievement of efficient library operations.
Responsible for answering patron’s tech questions.
Understand and implement library procedures and policies, while safeguarding confidential and restricted information publications.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.
Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a library or educational setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with marketing tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of library services and community outreach is a plus.
