Our medical receptionist at Agha Medical is responsible for checking patient's in and out during clinic days. The medical receptionist is also responsible for answering telephone calls regarding appointments, scanning in paperwork, driver's licenses, and insurance cards. We have multiple providers at Agha medical including a Pulmonologist, an Endocrinologist, as well as multiple nurse practitioners. Typical hours are Monday - Thursday from 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM, and Fridays from 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM.

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
