    Take responsibility to direct and coordinate a team of 4 to 5 employees to complete specific tasks on a nightly basis.

    Communicate and coordinate second shift work with first shift supervisor.

    Communicate directions clearly and concisely.

    Promote safety in all aspects of the work conducted.

    Ability to read blueprints for the above expertly is required.

    Layout and fit structural steel and stairs and rails as well as coordinating the efforts of the other team members to complete tasks

    Knowledge of fabricating equipment required.

    Ability and experience in operating overhead cranes required.

    Salary will be commensurate with your experience and abilities.

    Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
