| Job Description | Established professional cleaning company in Minooka looking to hire a full-time, experienced, Cleaning Technician. Residential cleaning experience required. Prior commercial cleaning experience a plus. Most of the work we do on day shift is residential cleaning. We do clean some commercial accounts as well. We are detailed professional cleaners so we need someone who is committed to detail and quality. Must be able to perform the following job duties: -High/low dusting -Dust wiping/polishing -Vacuuming/dust mopping -Mopping -Regular cleanings include, but are not limited to: bathrooms, kitchens, living/family/great rooms, offices, sunrooms, dining rooms, play rooms, foyers, stairs, breakrooms, conference rooms, bedrooms, laundry rooms, mud rooms, lofts, bonus rooms, fitness rooms, theatre rooms, and more -Deep cleanings include, but are not limited to: hand washing cabinets, light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds, windows, baseboards, doors, trim, inside refrigerators and ovens, and more -No nights -No weekends -Weekly payroll -Cash tips in the field -Paid time off benefits -Paid holidays -Paid drive time -Paid birthday off -We supply all equipment & supplies -Monthly attendance raffle -Holiday bonus & various incentives -Fuel stipend -Cell phone stipend -Uniforms -Free daily work out --And more...
