Job Description Kiddie Kampus is a privately owned daycare center, located in Channahon, IL on Route 6 (Eames St.). We have been in business for over 15 years and are licensed to care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Currently we are looking for someone who can help manage staff, oversee classroom ratio's, communicate with parents, feel comfortable enough to give tours and is able to effectively close down the center in the evening. Must be a team builder and committed to professional development.

Dual position as a director and lead teacher.
Director must oversee the daily operations of the center and provide a safe and nutritional environment for all the children.

Plan and implement age appropriate lesson plans for the children.

Model good behavior to the staff and children.

Learn the DCFS standards.

Train and manage employees.

Communicate with families about their child's day and record all daily activities with the children.
