Job Description Reporting to the Shop Lead, the Shop Machinist / Technician is responsible for, but not limited to, inspection and reconditioning / manufacturing of parts related to reciprocating natural gas compressors and their various components.
Job Requirements 5 years machining experience or journeyman Machinist
At least 3 years of natural gas compressions and/or related industry experience
Must have a valid driver’s license with clean abstract
Very well-rounded set of skills on diagnostic, analytical and troubleshooting
Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
Must be able to contend with demanding schedule (ability to work Overtime on short notice).
Strong verbal and communication skills
