Job Description:
Fireplace & Chimney Authority, Chicagoland's largest fireplace company, is looking to add qualified Fireplace Installers to our growing team!

Duties would include, but are not limited to:

Carpentry, such as framing enclosures for prefabricated fireplaces.
Running gas lines using black pipe and flexible gas line.
Basic electrical work (short conduit runs, installing outlets, etc.)
Installation of prefabricated gas, wood burning, and electric fireplaces.
Assembly and installation of gas grills.
Laying and grouting stone veneers.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing gas fireplaces.
Working safely and comfortably at heights
Safely driving company vehicle.
Providing excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates should:

Have a strong background carpentry background.
Working knowledge of electric and plumbing applications.
Own tools to perform above mentioned tasks.
Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Be able to pass a background check.
Have Strong people skills.
Be prompt, timely, and have reliable transportation to and from work.
Have a strong value for working safely.
