Job Description:
A Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for administering direct patient care and performing any other duties deemed necessary to insure optimal patient care under the direction and supervision of the RN/LPN/Provider.

Job Requirements:
Professional/Educational
1.
At least 17 years of age.
2.
Currently Certified by IDPH as a CNA, or successful completion of the first level of RN clinical education from an accredited School of Nursing.
3.
Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
4.
At least one favorable work reference and one personal reference.
5.
Computer knowledge required.
6.
Order entry orientation completed during orientation in the department.
7.
DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
Personal
1.
Evidence of good health, grooming and professional conduct.
2.
Desire and ability to cooperate with and/or under the direction of others.
3.
Possesses a sense of responsibility, initiative and honesty.
4.
Ability to follow directions accurately.
5.
