A member of the rehab team that supports physical and occupational therapy care by preparing treatment areas, equipment, materials, and supplies, assists with treatment-activities under the supervision of licensed therapist. Additionally, provides clerical, secretarial and receptionist support for the clinic independently and with minimum supervision. Maintains all required records and reports, coordinates, processes, and reports insurance information. Performs assisted billing functions as directed per Biller/Coder.
Professional/Educational

High school graduate or GED certification.

Related College Classes preferred.
3.
Experience in Ambulatory Care Clinics preferred.
4.
Satisfactory completion of on-the-job training.
5.
Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
6.
DCFS Mandated Reporter Certification of Completion required.
7.
Computer knowledge and clerical/business office functions.
