Job Description:
A member of the Health Care Team who provides patient services by participating in the delivery of specialty radiologic procedures.

Job Requirements:
Professional/Educational
Graduate of AMA approved Radiologic Technologist Program.

A.R.R.T. registered.

IEMA licensure or eligible.

Certified by the American Heart Association Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.

Personal
Evidence of good health, grooming and professional conduct.

Desire and ability to cooperate with and/or under the direction of others.

Possesses a sense of responsibility, initiative and honesty.

Ability to follow directions accurately.

Has the ability to work very closely with all employees, patients, nurses, physicians and other hospital employees.
