Job Description:
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Responsible position reporting to the assigned Chief Dental Officer through intermediate supervisor as directed or required. Candidate will

work in dental clinic, perform medical secretary job functions and be scheduling a mobile dental unit at community sites for dental services. Duties will also include following up on paperwork and van site requirements, along with handling internal and external referrals. Schedule, Monday through Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm.

Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduate or equivalency required: paraprofessional medical training preferred in areas of billing or patient records/vital records management. Three (3) years prior and related paraprofessional, clerical experience required.

REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License, minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of employment eligibility. Health Department clerical testing required.

DESIRED: Bilingual in Spanish.
