This job is with the nationwide dealer licensing division, FCA Network, Inc. We are looking for an Office Administrator for our Shorewood location that is driven to continue to provide excellent customer service to our customers.
The following summarizes the tasks, duties and responsibilities of this position. Other assignments may be made as business conditions change:
Data entry
Communicate with vendors and customers regarding orders and issues
Place orders for samples and displays
Manage inventory
Fulfill customer orders
Manage social media accounts
Prepare monthly newsletter and eblasts
Assist with conference planning and execution
Assist with bi-annual rebate administration
Complete general office tasks such as ordering supplies and filing
Job Requirements:
Two or more years of experience in office administration
Superb attention to detail
Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
Sound work ethic
Highly organized
Experience in Microsoft Office 365
Proficient in Excel
A valid driver's license
