As a member of the development team, this position will support all efforts to increase philanthropy. This includes but is not limited to maintaining the integrity of the Raisers Edge database; providing for all aspects of gift processing; facilitating Board and Committee work; and coordinating mailings, appeals, donor recognition/stewardship, events, grants, and programs such as scholarships.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Team player with a “can-do” attitude. Demonstrated ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple projects, exhibit resourcefulness, and work effectively with diverse groups, such as Board members, donors, and vendors.
Commitment to strict confidentiality required.
Impeccable oral, written and presentation skills are required, as well as strong analytical skills. High degree of precision and accuracy necessary.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet.
At least one year of data base management experience, preferably with Raiser's Edge.
