Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative/Non-Certified Medical Assistant will support the Behavioral Health Prescription Line Team by managing the incoming phone line for prescribing providers. This team tees up RXs, manages appeals, patient calls and concerns, pends electronic RX, manages incoming RX faxes, prior authorizations and related scheduling.
Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for assisting the clinical providers with the following areas of emphasis:
Answer phones and maintain databases.

Process medical request and refills.

Process prior authorizations.

Keep track of medical records and charts.

Transfer lab results to appropriate technicians.

Order supplies and maintain general office standards.


This is a hybrid, remote position. Training will take place on-site at the Morris, IL location and remote upon successful completion.
8am - 5pm shift Monday - Friday

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent (required) OR a high school senior interested in pursuing a career/education in the medical field.
