Job Description:
Candidate will be testing/working with vegetable oils and fats for the food industry

Typical tests run during their shift:

Wet chemistry
peroxide value
free fatty acids
PH testing
viscosity
titrations
GC (gas chromatography)
NMR sample prep
Follow a basic recipe

Job Requirements:
Skills:

chemistry, BS Chemistry, wet chemistry, titrations, sample prep, GC, oils, biology, biochemistry

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

BS degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Physics

Hands on Lab experience from coursework, undergrad research, or internship.do not have a preference either way since they will train on all processes and instruments there.
