If you are an independent painting subcontractor interested in working with a rapidly growing national brand, please fill out the application.The ideal candidates are self-directed, experienced subcontractor teams for interior / exterior work in the greater Aurora, Geneva, Batavia, Plainfield, Oswego, Yorkville, Morris, Sandwich, Sugar Grove, and surrounding areas. Quick direct-deposit payment & competitive rates for quality workmanship and reliability. Must have general liability and workers comp insurance. Must also have own equipment, references, and reliable transportation. We aim to keep our subcontractors busy year-round and develop a lasting business relationship! Compensation is a percentage of each individual contract. RESPONSIBILITIES
Arrives on-time / reliable
Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner
Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies
Inspects work for the highest quality
Maintains strict attention to detail when working at customer’s property
Follows all safety policies and procedures
Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards

Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check
