Job Description:
Takes packaged and sealed meat from conveyor to the box and then palletizes for shipping.
Quality control including, line checks, product weight, x-ray, and fat checks.
Transport driver tracks product and product materials and transports finished product to freezer
Machine startup, cleans off conveyors and conducts machine resets. Sets up taper machines and box printer. Runs test product packaging. Reports any machine malfunction
Line check for correct machine operation every 30-60 min and leaker checks every 30-60 min and documents results
Performs manual meat box packaging, then advances box on conveyor.
Manually stacks / palletizes hot dog boxes onto rotation Lazy Suzan. Lifts and carries empty pallet onto Lazy Suzan for each pallet stacked.
Transport driver tracks daily product on computer, tags product, wraps finished product with wrapper machine, then transports product to freezer. Supplies line with packaging materials such as empty pallets.
