Job Description:
Park Pointe Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, is a 142-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, located in Morris, Illinois looking for CNA’s for the AFTERNOON shift 2p-10:30P, including alternating weekends.  Both Full-time and Part-time positions available.
$5000.00 SIGN ON BONUS
$2.00 shift differential for Afternoons 
$2 weekend shift differential
The primary purpose of the CNA position is to provide each of the assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s service/care plan.


Job Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
Completion of state-approved Nursing Assistant education program
Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
Physical and mental stamina; ability to work long hours on one’s feet and lift 25+ pounds
CPR Certified (preferred)
Covid Vaccine
