Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required. 6. Licensed Dietitian with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation preferred. 7. State of Illinois Food Service Sanitation Certification required within six months of employment. 8. Experience with Cbord clinical food service management software preferred. DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required. Personal Demonstrates good social skills. Shows a commitment to quality and a team spirit.
