- Responsible for dispatching company trucks accordingly to their destination
- Completion of proper electronic forms and paperwork including invoices and bills of lading
- Communicate with customer contacts and truck drivers to verify accurate information regarding product orders, shipment locations, etc.
- Create, maintain and update loading schedules for trucks as well as communicate changes to plant operators
- Partner with sales employees to obtain accurate sales information to anticipate future business in order to efficiently schedule trucks
- Contact customers to communicate changes, delays or concerns and to reschedule truck runs if needed
- Work with plant operators to ensure trucks are loaded on time and with the proper products
- Collaborate with lab employees to ensure that product certifications and certification paperwork is completed before trucks are loaded
- Inform plant operators regarding sales information obtained such as duration of time that a product needs to be made and special requirements for orders
- Input necessary production, sale and shipment data into proper electronic systems
- Other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work shift work, overtime and to be on call for after-hours and weekend support during season
- Willingness to work from 9AM - 5:30PM
- Willingness to utilize Personal Protective Equipment as required when on the plant property
- Will be required to successfully pass a physical and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Experience in dispatching, truck driving or other related fields preferred
- Must be able to tolerate scents common to fuels and asphalts loading operations, as well as those of construction and maintenance related activities such as welding, painting, and tank cleaning
- Willingness to work shift work, overtime and to be on call for after-hours and weekend support during season
