Job Description:
The Gardens at Park Pointe, a Premier Assisted Living and Memory Care located in Morris, IL is looking for a CNA Scheduler.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing the nursing department schedule and assisting in managing and mentoring CNAs. The primary purpose of your position is to ensure that the nursing department is both staffed and trained in order to meet the needs of the residents.

Job Responsibilities:

· Complete Monthly CNA schedule to ensure appropriate coverage of units

· Complete & post worksheets/time schedules/assignments

· Work as a CNA as needed.

· Answer employee calls regarding staffing/scheduling functions



Job Requirements:
Preferred Minimum Qualifications:

· 1 Year of Scheduling Experience in Senior Living.

· Knowledge of Point Click Care preferred.

Requirements:

· CNA certified

Lifting Requirements - 25+ lbs (unassisted): Yes
Lifting Requirements - 50+ lbs (unassisted): No
