    Responsible for receiving, storing, preparing and properly serving the meals in correct portions and cleaning of the food preparation and food service area.
    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    •	Safely packs home delivered meals into delivery bags by route.
    •	Takes and records temperature of food upon arrival and before service, ensuring food safety.
    •	Accepts food and supply deliveries and confirms correct item receipts.
    •	Stores food correctly – dry, refrigerated and frozen.
    •	Prepares the next day’s food service.
    •	Prepares hot and cold foods on the day of service.
    •	Sets up and runs serving area for smooth flowing client service.
    •	Cleans dining room and kitchen area.
    •	Delivers meals when needed
    •	Other duties as assigned.
