Job Description Job Summary:
Our business services golf courses in Chicagoland, specifically their bunkers/sand traps. As a Bunker Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for raking sand traps for assigned golf courses. After some initial training, you will be able to set your own pace and take pride in helping to get courses ready for optimal play. Duties/Responsibilities:
• Rake all sand traps for assigned holes on a golf course.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Availability to work late nights / early mornings.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Weekend availability.

Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to physically bend, push, and pull.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. at a time.

Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
• Ability to be professional and courteous at all times when interacting with team members, golf course personnel, or players.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must be able to use a golf course bunker hand rake.

Location:
We service golf courses located in Chicago's northwest, western, south and southwest suburbs and assign workers by area.

Work Hours:
Work is done outside of golf play hours, which generally occurs at night or in the early morning hours. Typical daily assignments take 4-5 hours to complete and occur between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m., or 3:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and are subject to change.

Pay Range:
Employees are paid a flat daily rate, which averages $20 - $23 per hour.
