Job Description:
The Echo Tech performs transthoracic echocardiography, stress test echocardiography, Transesophageal echocardiography and other non-invasive cardio-diagnostic procedures including 12 lead ECG, holter hook up, event monitor hook up, stress testing and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Associates Degree preferred in Cardiac Sonography from a CAAHEP.  Accredited school.
Credentialed or eligible for credential as a member of the Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) granted by the registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) granted by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Echo Sonographer experience preferred.
DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
